Its interesting to see that McShane is up on a grade B charge for the spear tackle on Travis Burns, when Silverwood deemed it unfit for a penalty. It looked horrendous from the Western Terrace.

Had it been t'other way round there would have been calls for a deportation.

Wasn't just Silverwood who deemed it unfit for a penalty, we have two useless touch judges who could have made the call. Not sure how much say the vid ref has during open play.

It was above the horizontal and should have been a penalty, from my spot on the Western Terrace, I didn't think it looked that bad, didn't seem to smash him into the ground and I'm surprised he's been put up on a charge.

However, I was stood fairly well towards the back, too far back to see the big screen, I haven't seen a replay since and I must have been about sixty metres from the actual incident.

So, in summary, I've realised as I've written this post that I'm perhaps not the best witness to the incident!
