If the fact is that a deal is already signed then fair enough, get it out in the open and give the fans some honesty. I agree that the McDonnell saga last year was a bit of a joke and it was pretty disappointing that he blatantly lied to our faces and said he wasn't going to Hull. What if a Hull fan predicted Rovers will finish bottom of the league and then when they didn't that was quoted a few months later. That, presumably, would also be "pathetic".
