It only says deadline in the Daily Wail, the club statement says expected by January 31st.

There's something really odd about this whole situation. I don't think Larvin is all that he seems, just a feeling, although time will tell.

So the club still haven't dismissed the situation, surely this is positive in that it could still happen?

He may or may not have the money but making statements implying that he is some kind of lying fruitcake will only leave some people looking rather silly should his claims turns out to be genuine, it might just be better to wait and see what the final outcome is before making judgemental comments.
With regards to his dress sense, he would'nt be the first millionaire eccentric type to dress in a way that at first sight would make you feel obliged in giving them your throw aways and slipping them a fiver.
MY own opinion is........i simply dont know what to believe at the moment despite what i've heard from people, including his friends who have played with him in the past and spoken with him recently, perhaps he has even hoodwinked them also, we will just have to wait and see i guess.

The dresses like a tramp thing doesn't matter, lots of multimillionaires look like they haven't got a pot to relieve themselves into.
It's the other bits and pieces that don't add up, If he's willing to effectively throw away £15m on a hobby it must mean he has at least £30m (more like £100m) in the bank, then the dad waiting an op still living in a council house really doesn't ring true.
If we are asking if he hasn't got the cash then why is he doing it, well some people just can't help themselves. Maybe he was bragging he had a load of cash, someone suggested he invest in HKR he said ok and it kind of snowballed. Hope I'm wrong but I don't get a warm feeling.
