to be fair to knighton he tried to buy man utd with other peoples money and loans which is pretty much how the glazers did it in the end on a much grander scale, maybe knighton was ahead of his time  |

We need to get back on topic. Tony Larvin is my favourite Rovers fan after the duck, Stan, PAC and Burton's Forearm. Also, let the record show that in the event of this being a load of cack ( which I'm reliably informed it isn't), only RBA and FET on the other forum emerge with any integrity intact.
Anyway, a question for those in the know. Or Mild Rover because he's better at rules and whatnot than me. Is the RFL fit and proper person test even relevant? I had a quick look at the operational guidelines and got bored, but it seemed to say it was self regulation by clubs and unless the new director were bankrupt or a convict, crack on.
