The Link Road does not need to come all the way to Preston Road it just needs to come to the south stand car park, there is already a route to the Willerby Caravans Offices this just needs extending to the area next to the footpath from Marfleet to the ground. You then split the traffic problem by using Preston Road for existing access and Marfleet for the South Stand access.

My point is that poorhouse lane skirts the car park anyway and there is or was a way onto Hedon road.

Enterprise hub visitors;
Conference delegates;
Wedding and other celebration guests;

It's impossible to have a meaningful discussion about any potential south stand development until the plans are in the public domain. I'm sure any commercial partners will assess feasibility to their own satisfaction.
If it comes off, I'd expect Rovers fans to be very pleased - but we've seen with the North stand that nothing should be taken for granted too soon.

I'm not against it, it has no effect on me whatsoever. I think the idea is daft and no sensible argument has been put forward to challenge that opinion.
The problem lies in that I support FC, so I'm instantly seen as purposefully being negative towards anything Rovers may or may not do, and that's simply not the case.
