Vice Captain : Burns
Leadership Team : Welham, Withers, Paea and O'Hara.'"
If Salter gets dropped to accomodate the return of Welham then its a complete travesty. Welham should be trained in the close season to play on the wing. Would make a far better winger than he ever will centre.

| Salter is one of the finds of the season and outplayed Webster for me. He should be in the starting line up and other players to battle their way back into the team.

| Must be quite a few players coming in who haven't yet been announced?

| The OP is correct and , as a kinda neutral , I agree with the sentiment.
Rovers will struggle with getting out of the bottom 3 next season , they are cutting about 500,000 off their cap and paying existing players less (Lovegrove for one ).
This really impacts on performance and moral and with no real leaders you will struggle. If this ws happening at FC I would be fearing the worst due to the above - MORAL .
Bulls , if they stay in SL , will do the same , cut back to 1 million on the cap as they strive to break even. Maybe FC will in 2 years time as AP runs out of patience if we don't break 14,ooo or make a Final etc

| Tarquin seems to be someone who has inside information about a number of clubs. Must be nice to know the financial details, especially about players salaries.

| Quote Superbengalea="Superbengalea"Thats good to know Roops,we certainly need some leaders, i for one next year would make Lovegrove skipper knows the club inside out and always gives everything to the cause.'"
The one problem there is Lovegrove is one of the interchanges and the skipper needs to be on the field for as long as possible IMO, Dobbo is an obvious choice, but it might take him away from his creative duties. If Hall is given a regular position, he would be worth a punt at skipper.

Spot on. Lovegrove stayed for a pay cut.
In other news, flying pigs spotted over West Park.
