Apparently he has no intention of playing for England (What are the chances if selection anyway) as he classes himself as Aussie with regard to international RL (Again what are the chances of selection anyway).
He has stated that he has had a row with his mother over it as she has said that her being English means he should at least consider it.
He also made the point that due to his views he wouldn't feel the honour for playing for England that a genuine Englishman such as Scott Taylor would.
It is such a shame that others that have even less connection to England than Rhys does don't see it the same.
