| So I went online this afternoon to get my dad a ticket for the derby, I wanted to use the print at home option only to find an extra £2.50 had been added to the total. Can't be right, I thought as there was already a £1 booking fee, so I rang the shop.
Apparently it is right, "it's a new system the club are using" & the £2.50 being charged is for admin costs or some other nonsensical reason.
So, I said let me get this right. You,(HKR) are charging me £2.50 to print my own ticket, using my own paper & my own ink?
"Yes", she said.
Now am I being unbelievably tight here or is that a complete rip off?

| no not really admin costs seem to be appearing all the time would they still include these if yuo collected the ticket, when me and my other arf went to OZ, and saw a couple of games over there, was the same scenario then, print tickets on line which where bar code enabled then, snanned as we entered the ground worked out at an extra £5 a ticket, scandalous i know so am sure GS will agree its not just a Ginger thing.....

| I've arranged to pick it up at the ground & it's only cost me the extra £1 booking fee. If I'd have got it sent out as standard post out it was going to be the £1 booking fee plus £3.50.
It doesn't make any sense, it will cost them more for me to pick it up in person.
