Hull KR are inconveniencing some people in the short term in order to improve the spectator experience in the long term. This is progress. This is positive. I do not understand why some fans of other clubs are expressing such negative opinions when you are doing something to make it better for those same fans in the longer term.

Yes, the south stand is not a good vantage point but Hull KR are not doing this out of spite it is out of necessity. Good luck with the North Stand and I look forward to visiting it next season.

How long will the East stand extension take? It looks like it will be starting tomorrow?

As far as im aware and what the club said- the east extension is on the back burner, the north stand is without doubt the priority. Pretty sure the club mentioned this also.

The club actually said that they stopped the east stand due to a possible shortfall on the north stand.
They expected to hopefully do both if the funds were still there and that the company that got the building job (Hobson&Porter) would get/do both stands in this situation.
There hasn't actually been confirmation on the full details of the build(s) so it is more than possible that both are being done.

I got it wrong about the East stand (its still some way off) but the North stand starts today.
