We may have 32 full time players but the top 25 of them can earn £1.6m between them whereas the other 7 can only earn £0.05m (£50k) between them.
So really anyone outside the 25 will be a youngster earning peanuts and I don't mean the likes of Watts, Taylor and Cox who I expect will all now be part of the 25. They will be kids who may or may not get the odd game during the year depending on injuries and their own progress.

His defence is the main thing CS is going to be working on but injury permitting Rhys is due a top year IMO.
I would love for Watts to be our 13 next year but much like Rhys his defence is going to have to be top notch.
Not sure why Rhys has always been a left second row/centre while growing up but he has been. A new coach however might see something that others haven't and find a place on the right.
Next season excites me and I must confess to being cautiously optimistic. If McDonnell does get confirmed I think the backs are strong and have depth and the forward options are mouthwatering. CS has promised an expansive method of play, so should be very pleasing to watch. Luck plays a big part in any season, but given a far crack we should be looking forward to a successful season.
