The installation costs can be covered by Mr Allam's kindness!
Also the running costs were reported in the Daily Rag that they were minimal at around 2k per year (think they quoted Mr Inglis on this???) but the Lib Dems spent more taking it down and storing it than it would have cost to keep it up and running for 5 years!
What you have to take in to account too is the marketing tool this has, adverts are a major income tool and having it opposite the new North Stand with all of its facilities it could be crucial to big sponsorship deals in the future.
It is rather large which is good but kind of like when we upgraded our 32" TV to a 40" it swamped our front room! Hope this does happen and is installed just after the derby game. With any luck the East stand, North stand and temporary South stand will all be up and running sometime in 2012 with the new South stand plans available to the public!
