I thought he had agreed a new deal?

All Mariano needed was an opportunity, he has that at Wakey and he has been superb in the games i have seen. I would definitely try and get him back to Rovers if Wakey lose their SL status.

netherton is poop, never rated him but i suppose he helps fulfil the requirements for homegrown etc and will be pretty cheap i would imagine, decent tackler but we have better players than him who seem to be lower in the pecking order imo

I agree totally about Nethers, i dont rate him too much - defence seems decent, attacking is garbage. Yet every single player would name him in the side and they love playing with him, surely he must do something none of us see if that is the case?

Frankie breaks tackles, he scores tries, hes quick. he wasnt really given much of a chance at Rovers to show what he could do, played at prop up the middle and didnt do too bad, but look at how Jon Kear has him playing out wide, the kids been spot on.

mariano is way better than netherton, should never have got rid, he was hardly on a massive wage
