When Salford visted they put their fans in one side of the Yale stand, because they didn't expect too many. They didn't bother opening the Roberts stand.

I called in for tickets last night and noticed this also. It would appear we are down the side (stand opposite the usual camera position). Can't fault the price for a decent seat like that. Should make for a great atmosphere under the same roof as the home fans. Bit of a hike round from the Turf mind! |

If you've been put in the Yale Stand - makes for a better atmosphere. Upper Tier of the Eric Roberts Stand (behind the sticks) and you seem a long way from the pitch. Yale Stand seating is by ticket allocation though.

| As anyone else had any problems with tickets, or are most in the Eric Roberts Stand?
........................
Right, sorted it, been in touch with loads of people at both clubs - tickets were printed ages ago when they expected a small crowd so were going to close a part of the home stand off for away fans only.
Now that they know that its important and a fair few will be there, they are putting all rovers fans in the roberts stand (official away stand) so all Yale stand tickets for us will get you into this stand.
They will be plenty of signs around the ground telling us this.

See my post above, we will not be in that section at all.
We will be in the Roberts stand not the Yale, even if your ticket says Yale stand on them; the Gates for the Yales stand (1 to 4) will be closed. |
