| Quote very red robin="very red robin"Without passing the blame, the same happened the other year to a coach and it found out to be from a local youth that didnt even attend the game, could this of been the case once again?'"
I was on the coach and I would have though the lads who did it would have been at the game giving the fact they were wearing KR shirts.
The incident happened as we were driving along a busy main road so stopping and identifying the culprits was impossible as they would have scarpered no doubt.

| Whilst not doubting you I would be interested to know where this incident happened, believe me we are just as much against this kind of thing as you as we have been victims at away grounds on several occasions, I'm sure if any Rovers fans had witnessed it they would come forward, yet I don't know of one person that saw anything.
Also, the incident was originally reported on here as a a coach window being smashed, which has now, I undersand been changed to a brick being thrown at a coach, which still in itself is disgusting, but just shows how Chinese whispers, or internet forum gossip works.
As FET says above, this should be taken up with the club if it was indeed a serious incident, I'm sure Rovers and the police would be keen to be rid of any scum capable of such an attack, or someone wearing the club's colours and bringing us into disripute.

PC1 is a bit more specific about the location here, and it may not have been a brick. Doesn't make it any better TBH but again as Trace says, Chinese whispers!!

| Smashing a coach window is one of the most cowardly and idiotic acts of violence connected to sporting events.
I've been on a bus when it's happend, at Warrington, many years ago though I must add, and the eye injury sustained by the woman sat in the window that was hit, was horrific.
Should have ran over the tw=@t, Rovers fan or not.

| Let's not bury our heads in the sand here...
It seems clearly obvious from the various threads, pictures, and eyewitness comment, including a fellow coach-operator...THIS DID HAPPEN....and more than not, by a young pillock who is a Rovers fan (probably at the game? who knows)
This is one incident too far.
