What I really cant understand is why the RFL didn't just say 'Any player who signed pre Feb 08 will be granted Fed trained staus from this date, Any player who qualifies for home grown with a SL club will retain that clasification'.
Surely if every player pre Feb 08 was eligable and the RFL announced a list that would make it easier for the players,clubs and fans to understand it?
