| Quote cab man="cab man"We lose to Leeds (one of the biggest clubs in the world) just!!. I pick up the paper and people talk of a chance lost. In 2 or 3 seasons we have come from being in the same breath as skirlaugh second 13s to taking on the best in the world. It is the equivelent of playing North Ferriby Und three years ago to taking on the might of Manchester Und today. =red[size=150This club is indeed AWESOME[/size, what does the next 3 seasons hold for us my friends.

| Quote Roverswall="Roverswall"I dont but i presume you class them as above average SL players when that isnt how they are playing at the moment.'"
I have yet to see Manu, Hutch, Godwin perform enough to know how they will fair on form in SL, but from what I have seen they all have it in them to be above average, Sing and Tickle have proven they have what it takes.
I also think that Webster,Cooke,Vella and Fisher are above SL average, with players like Chester, Gene, Ward all with the potential.
So how does this make me think Hull are superior?
Answer is it doesn't, so why do you think it doe's?

Look im not going go round and round all night on this point and I dont have the will for an all night long discussion over it as its not that important.

| I have not read trough this thread and i post on reading the title only.
You have come as far as the players and morgan believed they would if they want to go further its down to them and not the bookies . So while your season has been magnificent so far its not that much of a surprise to some people and in the same way Wakefield,Salford,Hull and huddersfield have proven there is always room for a promoted side in SL

But wasn't that after I made my origional point and so then perhaps you saw and with this post tried to deflect what I was getting at
'"
They will all come good, and with the potential they have shown when they do they will be above average SL players, wether that is all at the same time is another matter thus leaving me unsure of their impact on Hull as a team.
When I stated "I have yet to see Manu, Hutch, Godwin perform enough to know how they will fair on form in SL" I put it the wrong way, I have not seen enough of them to say they ARE currently above SL average. Hence the "they all have it in them to be above average" that followed.
Me Bad, should pay more attention to my literature.
I still fail to see how this makes me think we are superior?

Desperation stakes !!!
An established S.L. team against a newly promoted NL1 team (and all the disadvantages this brings) and your gloating about scoring 4 more points in 2 derby games.
And that from someone who reckoned on 4 easy wins.

| The question is how much how longer will it be before one of the wheels falls off? There are one or two starting to shake now

We should not even be thinking about that, in some matches we have played poor and in others we have played fantastic. Only because your Wheels have fallen off (in regards of a superleague team that was in the grand final not so long ago) dont compare your current failure to ours.
