Anyone know if this patch has solved the world class problem? dont want to lose my saved game by re-installing but think it will be worth it and starting again if the patch actually means you can get WC players? |

Yes, I sent him a set of thoughts, and quite a few of them have appeared on his patch 3 in development notes. You have to hand it to him, he's bloody responsive. I just wish someone would offer him pots of cash to publish this game commercially, maybe downloading through Steam or something. He deserves cash, and the game deserves a wider market. |

I think Alex also need to sort out the profit side of the game, i was Wigan, won everything and had a £2.5 mill profit and then at the start of the following season is was back to zero, maybe it needs to be carried over to the next season??

Err...
Profit doesn't get carried over, but your bank balance does. So the profit from Year 1 becomes part of your bank balance for year 2, etc. And the game does carry that over, unless you have a really bizarre bug !

| Just thought I'd post up the notes that are on display for patch three:
Quote Testing for a week or so ( from 22 / 8 / 09 ) before this patch is released and it will hopefully
address all remaining issues & conclude RLM 2009.
=yellow *** Existing Saved Games will not be valid once this Patch is installed ***
Feedback responses :
=yellow - The patches are intended to improve & fix existing game mechanisms, rather than add new ones
=red - More SA & PNG Players & Eng amateur clubs & GB Test Series, possibly for future releases
=green - Increase recruitment of WC Players ( option to build Centre of Excellence in SL & NRL )
- Game save without 'Run as administrator'
- Tick Box option to 'Set Match System-Dependent' ( slower systems )
- Increase Physio hiring allowance & auto-allocate to cover all squads
- Plus the others listed previously since 22 / 8 / 09 '"
