im a bit slow and have not downloaded any of the patches
can anyone tell me on where i can now get them from since the web site has gone mad

| The site is now back up but it appears to have been taken over/bought which means they can't use club badges/names/(players?) due to it not being freeware?
If this is the case i believe they have killed the game off totally now  |

Not many people are going to pay for a game like that imo there were a lot of problems with it :
Not being updated to 2009 made it frustrating for some reason.
For me the match view was too far away and you could hardly see what the players were doing.
Only 7 seasons is poor, when you play games like FM/CM you expect to be able to go through as many seasons as you want, not to be cut off when you finally start to get going.
Korkidas getting a silver star !? Come on now...

BDG specialise in promoting small project games so have teamed up with them.
still freeware.

have you been approached by them? because I know that some other freeware games (about different subjects not just sport such as the hundreds of fan Super Mario games or Star Trek games) use trademarked or copyrighted images and the big companies behind them don't mind as long as they don't make a profit. |

what happened was the company which owns the SL rights approached me to discuss the possibility of a retail release of this game.
they offered a very fair developer/publisher agreement but i decided not to go ahead with it.
so i'm removing all the logos and names which are within the copyrights and offering the generic game as freeware once again.
