As for teams, just had a look on justarugbyfan's site for how that will be done, couldn't see it anywhere. Plenty time to decide, obviously.
But I would put forward the suggestion that teams are assigned from SL by means of a draw, but matches are all played using the most balanced teams I've managed to find so far... State of Origin. And it should be that the home team always takes Queensland, and the away team always takes New South Wales.'"
