I think it's an improvement on my previous team.
Agar - McRae = Agar better
Houghton - Randall = Randall better
O'Hara - Huby = Huby better
Turner - Chan = Chan more likely to play

If that's the case why have you put Houghton in?!?

Two reasons -
1. He will still get a reasonable amount of points
2. He's cheap and the money from him improved the rest of my team.

I know that but in your post you said you put Houghton in because Randall was a better player!
