I have just received a letter from Carl Hall ....
I presume all season ticket holders will get one.
In it he apologises for this season and asserts his determination to right this wrong.
He names some players who will be here next season .....
Kes, Doherty, Foster, Welham, along with Mark Castle, winger David Foggin-Johnston and hooker Daniel Hirst both from Warrington.

Both under 19's at Wolves so more for the future I would say and not in those pivotal positions we so required.

I agree, we played the 'potential' card last time and it got trumped!
Still, it's a start ....
There have got to be two or three surprise signings of players that are the finished articles.
Nobodies just won't cut the mustard.

So carl writes a letter to fans admitting mistakes were made and giving hope by naming new players yet people still want to look for the negatives in that? i seriously think had he put £50 in each letter a few on here would complain it was not £51! stop acting like whiny b1tches and get behind the club you "supposedly" support, the 2 lads from warrington could turn out to be gems plus were gonna get a better insight on the future of the club and the forthcoming season from the meeting tonight so can't we hold our judgements until then? rant over COYD

I think the issue is that they pulled this particular wool over our eyes last year and naturally people are wary that lessons from last year have not been learnt, surely if the lads from Wire were really "hot prospects" they would have been retained especially with an aging wire squad.

With reference to your point when the club gives me something to get behind I will get behind them at the moment in my opinion they haven't given me anything to get excited about.

I look forward to hearing what transpires at the meeting tonight as I am unable to attend due to work.

I have said this before but unless we get an engine room ie quality halves we going to struggle again next season someone with proven ability ,Paul mennel is not good enough , without an engine the car will not go

I would agree we need tried and tested halves at his level ones who have the skills not ones with the promise of "Jam Tomorrow".

The Free Press article says that the Dons couldn't match the terms offered by Hunslet. This is a lie. I won't go into more detail.

This is exactly why I stopped supporting the club. Supporters are not kept up to date, and when people ask questions they are subjected to unfounded personal attacks.

I have lost all confidence in the management and ownership structure, and even if it changed I don't think I'll come back now.

Cas has signed for next season
