Well hope on.
I have thought about the result today, and I was there and no I didn't walk out ... but I have decided NOT to slag the Dons off.
There is a first for everything ...lol
But the performance was damaging for support I feel, that's the worst outcome.
I am just going to forget today.
Andy Kain ... what a player .....

| I thought todays game by the Dons was very poor, the team was outdone in every position. Credit to Hunslet thought they played a good game. As said by S/O Andy Kain rung rings around us. Lets hope our bad game is out of the way and we can kick on from here.

| I am in my 60th year in following the Dons, the last 20 travelling from Shorpe to most home matches. After watching today's pathetic performance, unless it improves very quickly, as a 73 years old I will not be continuing to complete the 60 years.
Today they were totally outplayed in Tackling, defence line speed, positive attacking and very good tries. The only positive for the Dons was bombing what few chances they managed to create

| Hi Peeps, I for one was very dissapointed with the team today, didnt see one thing that gave me hope for the season ahead. As I have posted previously the chances of us finishing any higher than eighth is very unlikely after watching today playing coventry and oxford next year is more of a reality. I excecpt that 2 or 3 of our best players (dunn / clark) didnt play today but they will not be enough to turn us into a good team. This was a game where we should have stood out and shown how good we are, instead it showed how poor we are, Hopefully next week we may put on a better show,if not come 15th feb away at London we will be like lambs to slaughter. heres hoping for better things to come,a bitterly dissapointed fan.

| Well today was said we would find out where we are at.
ANSWER: Bottom of the league on that performance. Diabolical.
As SO said it's the damage it done to the fans, like scunnytrev.
What has happened to the team we have seen in the last 2 weeks. Nothing like those 2 showings.

| As a Paul Cooke fan I still have to say that perhaps it maybe time to call it a day and concentrate on coaching. (which he is still great at)
Appreciate with Niklas been out options maybe limited but the opposition knows what's coming and the frequency of pay off is lessening.
On what we have seen so far only Wilko in the half backs looks at a level to compete.
Still a huge danger that our pack is going to get out muscled.
Sure the guys will re-group but Hull was a decent performance, cas dogged and today we looked beat within 5 mins.
Not one to build attendances on ...
Hay ho..

| Can't understand Cookey.
Should have played best team with DUNN, WILKINSON, CLARK, SPIERS and whoever else was missing in the side
and put a MARKER out to everyone with this game.
We probably would have been better without cooke he didn't add anything today.
I've added this as now then has posted, and our thoughts are similar maybe cookey should just coach now.

Say what you mean and mean what you say because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter.: |

| Very poor inept performance today. For the MOM to be Dave Scott having a rare "off day " sums up the team performance.

| What a shocking display today, went away very disappointed, however I have played and watched enough sport to know that what happens in preseason gives little indication of what happens when games count. So I will remain positive and hopeful of a successful season which is 8th for me. Wigan got beat by leigh and I still expect them to be in top 8 in super league, Chelsea get beat by Bradford but I still expect them to be in t top 2 in the premier league, so why do people think we will be bottom 2 of the championship after one shambolic preseason game.

| It was confusingly bad; where as the previous weeks have been encouraging.
So while yesterday annoyed me I won't be singling that performance out to define my whole view of the team and where we are. We have the luxury of forgetting it and moving on. Cookie and the team don't

| Pre-season so far has reminded me of much of last season, performance-wise. Getting up for the big names but failing on occasions to back it up against some of the (with all due respect) lesser teams.

Leafy putting in one of his 'knocking a massive player on his backside' runs in as well yesterday was a highlight.
