Who'd have thought it when we sat in the Singe bar and the club asked for some donations to get the services of Paul Cooke, cap-in-hand style, that we would be champions. Good job we got him eh?
''He will make the difference'' they said ... and they were right.
''He will bring out the best in some of the younger players'' they said ...and they were right.
Ain't it nice when a plan comes to fruition?
I am looking forward to a day out at the Halliwell-Jones stadium.
First of all I am looking forward to greeting the lads as they run out onto the pitch vs Barrow to the sound of ''Champions!''
And cheering them off the field at the end as they hopefully make the final in one go.

Fantastic day out yesterday ... Congratulations to everyone at the Club ... they had a plan and yesterday were rewarded for their efforts.
