| Ok, season 2019 has fizzled out to its inevitable conclusion.
We’re now expecting to lose two of our better, consistent performers and who knows about Jordie Hedges.
Season 2020 starts now in my opinion and those in the positions of influence & control at Club Doncaster need to get their collective fingers out otherwise, as has been said before, if changes aren’t made, nothing will change.
As far as I can make out, we’re building a team around a 33-year old. Yet we’re prepared to lose or farm out our young, shining light to Cas. At least you would expect young Lawton’s coaching to improve.
What has happened to Super Dual Reg recently? Have all the Hull guys gone on holiday? We’ve been crying out for a ‘real’ Donny team all season, which is what we’ve ended up with, but it’s no good when it’s been mix & match up until the last month or so.
Fixtures: Take out any cup matches and we’ve had 8 games at the Keepmoat. Trades Descriptions would be hard pushed to call this a season. The Featherstone days out must surely consigned to the bin. I’d prefer to see games played in the borough but if we are to persist with the Hull FC links, why not arrange some double-headers at the KC?
Lots to ponder before I make my mind up whether to shell out for another season ticket.

| I am not aware he is but as a consistent performer I expect we'll not keep hold of him. He is Championship quality so I'm sure someone will make him and offer we cannot or don't attempt to match

| I just mean the 3 year contract he signed at the start of the season. I know contracts don't mean anything but you seem to be suggesting there's a mass Exodus of players who are desperate to get away from the club. Is playing for The Dons really that bad?

| I don't know the post on Kyle kesiks Facebook is a worry that he was left with no option but to look elsewhere
The club will never be open or honest and if you challenge "the way" you are subjected to a character assination or offered a "home visit"
From now on players will be being released and looking for new clubs we should be all over that like a rash get business done early...but suspect we will be trying to put a 13 together in early January

| The retained list will be en lighting. My view is that the club has to get folk through the turnstyles and how they carry that out is down to them. We can either turn up, pay our money or in your case decide not to. That is an individual choice. I will take next season the same as this years, wait and see.

Sorry Rob but it would take a promotion for us to be considered a bottom half Championship club.

| I doubt there will be much help from D/R next season given the shortage of players and that most of the bright young lights at Hull FC will be playing reserve grade rugby next season.
It looks like there will be a clearout of players at Doncaster for next season and Rich Horne will have a big job on his hands trying to bring in some big forwards,a full back, wing and centre to the club playing in the third tier and also probably on a limited budget.
Whether Jack Logan has signed i dont know but that would be a good start.

| Went today, it was very poor . Too many penalties , kicking game wasn't good enough.
Kyle Kesik was very emotional at the end. Thank you Kyle for all your effort over the years .

No Gary! My point was regarding our current stature. I'm obviously not bright enough to realize the level we're currently playing at. What an idiot I am!
Glad to get away from this crap for a while now. Waste of time.

| I''ve been thinking (dangerous I know) but we know of 3-4 players how have been let go or moved on I guess they have known this for a couple of weeks now.
Kyle Kesik - No Longer Required
Conner Bower - Club dallied on contract, Conner wanted to stay but the club did nothing so lad found himself a new deal.
Conner Scott
Matty Beharrell (Rumoured)
If you were in there shoes and asked to go out and put on a performance knowing full well you wernt going to be part of the success next season how would you feel? I suspect it would come as a massive gut punch for anyone who has pulled on the shirt and got us to the semi finals. Would you put it all on the line for a club that has thrown you in the trash like yesterdays stew?
I feel mostly for Kyle he has been with us for 10 years good and bad time and never not given 100% and played out of position infact played anywhere just so he could be on the pitch...wouldn't suprise me to see him in the Myrtle and Flame next year.

I would assume the players who are leaving knew they'd be leaving when we played at Newcastle in the first play-off game. That didn't harm their performance, Steve.
I'm going to stick up for the players here and say they are proud people who do their best whenever they pull a shirt on and collectively as a group want to play for each other, not letting their team mates down.
The main reason we lost today was probably down to the effects of a really tough game at Oldham last week, losing a few players to injury, and Newcastle playing very well today.
