| Quote: Wanderer "Excellent effort, I didn't see that coming especially after London scored first in the second half.
I'd be interested to hear the thoughts of those who went. Did we take ages to 'get off the bus', was there an element of London thinking they'd got it won with the try early in the second half?'" London were good and got the boumce a couple of times. We were slow off however, and once we got started, London struggled with us.

| What a game, we were poor first 25 minutes, although the officials made a mistake when awarding London their 2nd try missing a knock on in the build up. I think we paid them too much respect and didn't play with any real intensity. 2nd half we looked hungry and determined to show what we can do, rankin was outstanding and linked up very well with cooke, Doherty finishing his first try with a great side step , every player increased their effort and intensity and our defence reminded me of last season away at fev. London were struggling in the last 20 and we looked like the full time team has fitness seemed to tell. We had a break in the last minute and with a straight kick from Doherty instead of across field and we would have secured a draw at least which would have been a fair result.

| Well done you lot, our boys put the cue on the rack way, way too early! And you nearly made us pay - any team with Paul Cooke pulling the strings should not be taken lightly!
Hope you all had a safe journey home.

| Some of the London fans thoughts on the game make interesting reading. Best one is that Paul Cook is a basic player. Looks like we dragged them down a level, which funnily enough is what some Bradford fans are saying that Leigh did. Could be a fascinating League this one this year.

| I feel we were strong and dominated the last 55 minutes. They were tired after 65 minutes which for a FULL TIME team is pretty poor! Paul Cooke an average player they'd love to have him in there team

| I though Paul Cooke was totally anonymous in the first half, Doncaster had very little ball and the one out football wasn’t really giving a platform for anything. Second half was a different story, London stopped concentrating, Doncaster’s one out football actually started to open up some lazy defence which eventually gave Cooke some space to put on a few effective plays. London should learn a lesson from yesterday, we need to get savvy to Championship RL, when the opposition gets a bit of a roll on we need to start playing one out football instead of trying to play our way out of trouble. Doncaster used some unglamorous and disruptive tactics, especially in the second half, but they were very effective at frustrating us, and that’s what we need to wise up to. Losing concentration has been a hallmark of London sides for a few years now, the positive thing is that it didn’t cost the win this time.
I thought Doncaster’s best player was Waterman who played at second row, he was pretty useful at bumping out the tackles, and I think with better support running off him they’d have scored more tries. Paleaaesina had a decent game and Clark looked quite a strong runner in the middle. Cooke obviously gets the attention, but he was very hit and miss for me.

| London definitely switched off in the second half, and Donny took full advantage. Echo what Kelvin's Ferret said about Lee Waterman, he had a very good second half.
Ref was shocking all round, and like Ganson, always seemed to favour the team that was on top. We got the rub of the decisions in the first half, you got the rub in the second.

| I noticed that Waterperson was limping again with his ankle after his try.
Is he OK?
There looked to be a shedload of shiite tackling going on in that first half .... no disrespect to London.

He was OK. Played the majority of the rest of the game.
