Did he? I missed the announcement. Got in late as usual. No. 28 then? Cowling seemed to be on the left wing for much of the game. Clare will have been recalled as "cover", I would imagine. Doubt he will get a game there, but that's a vagary of the dual-reg scheme unfortunately.

i was also going to ask who cannur is but someone beat me to it.

Did anyone, apart from the ref, think that the Liam Kay overlap late in the game resulted from a forward pass?
I was sitting right in line and I didn't.
When you consider all the blatantly dodgy passes that George Carmont has thrown to Pat Richards, and all the blatantly dodgy passes that Danny McGuire has thrown to Ryan Hall, which have resulted in tries, frankly the mind boggles!!!
Referees ..........what a sad excuse they are.
