Despite injuries I would say one of the best loose forwards we have had. Personally my favourite player for some time. Gutted.

Sad news; you know someone has done something right when they come from the Seagulls but become a fan favourite.

Grant always played with a smile on his face. He always gave 100% and his tackling, especially considering his size, was always great.

I thought he helped make the difference in the recent Barrow game when he came on. We'll miss him.

Really disappointed.

At the risk of repeating what others have said, excellent tackler, great with ball in hand and despite the injuries played the game with a smile on his face.

Will be missed and only other thing i can say is i agree with everything that has already been said.

Agree with everything on here, to look at him he never looked much like a forward build wise compared to the other guys but always punched above his weight and IMO was often one of the better forwards on the pitch.

I wish him luck in his future endeavors.

Agree with that, could do with him teaching the forwards how to tackle.

For his size[compared to others] he was awesome.

If Grant's at the next home game, it'd be great if Ray Green could interview him at pitchside at half-time, or straight after the match, so we could all give him a round of applause to thank him for all he's done for us.

I was going to suggest the same thing. It would be good if Grant could say goodbye and Steve Snitch could say hello.
