| Quote: Double Movement "We were beaten by the better team on the day. Workington played to their stengths, exploited our weaknesses, and deserved to win.
We weren't at our best and looked somewhat clunky in attack. The cutting edge Jack Logan provided last week was missing today.
We panicked a little bit at times - it shows that it's not easy to cope with the pressures that games like this bring.
I'd just like to say thanks to all the players and everyone connected with the club for the work they've done this season. We've improved as the season has gone on and with the right additions to the squad we should have a good season to look forward too next year. Just sad that there's no more rugby until 2019.
Bang on analogy DM. We came up short on the day and credit to Town they played to their strengths and we simply failed to fire on the day, we got beaten where it mattered.

| Can I say first off well done Workington they deserved the win today, they outplayed us.
It wouldn't have affected the final score but today's match officials were absolutely diabolical. Clubs at every level need supporters to pay their money and come to games, but when you have performances from match officials as was on display today it puts the casual punter off attending.
Rant over, thanks to all who put on the shirt for us this year, we'll be there again next year with our hats, scarves and gloves in the cold supporting the team on again in 2019.

You are right.
Worky were gonna win anyway in my book ... but that bearded in the middle needed Vlad the Impaler up his with a team of horses driving the sharpened pole right up to the rule book embedded in his one brain cell.
5 mins to go and they spilled the ball ... the ref was on the wrong side but immediately he gave the peno for stripping. One minute later and he gives a knock on for something similar against us.
I was the first person out of the Keepmoat. The gates were opened especially for me.
Courtesy of that dick of a ref.
Are they incubated in Twatland?
No more pain now.

They will be lucky to get a better opportunity of getting out of this division
The team needs some investment to build a stable team & not rely on dual reg players to get out of this division, the question is have the club got the funds to do this.

| It was criminal to not get by Worky and then have a possible 2 chances to go up.
Whoever loses today won't be that bothered about having to go to Swinton ... apart from not being fresh like Swinton will be.
I am watching this game from our hotel room in Funchal on the OurLeague app.
12-2 at HT to Bradford ...
Toss of a coin for home advantage is not right given the late decision to have this game.
It should be Swinton's.
Bradford deserved the win ...

| Same tactics for Worky this week.
Not good enough to get past Bradford.
I reckon they could struggle against Swinton next week - Wilkes & Penkewich didn’t spend much time on the pitch through injuries & Moimoi probably suspended.
It could so easily have been us playing next week...

| I don't like Worky anyway and I will be glad if they don't go up.
They are more professional that we are though ...
Or dirtier ...
Or smarter ..
Or rougher ...
Or tougher...

Or old fashioned, you scribed as much but that type of RL is not for me anymore. Looking at the Bradford site on here the same comments are coming through that some York fans posted after Worky played them at York. Dirty. I didn't see that from them last week but then again we didn't really threaten them in the game for a period of time. All conjecture I suppose. They now have to go to Swinton and I fancy we will be playing Workington once again next year.

Town have named a seventeen, it includes Wilkes and Penky has subs.
Swinton 33 - Worky 20. Look forward to Workington running away with our League next year
