| I couldn't make it today. It sounds as though I missed a cracker.
Well done to all the players and everyone at the club.

| Win built on the pack , Aizue ,Feka, Zac, Nicholson & Tonks . Kes too had a good game.
Half backs good , M Welham & Carr (until he went off inj) impressed.
Some work to be done on the defence & a few silly penalties.
Well done

I wasn't there so just wanted to ask did the injury to Carr look serious?

It will and no disagreement regarding your post. But given their toughest away fixture would appear to be Rochdale (IMO) then they should take some stopping. And that is not being unkind to Dale.

| I was looking at their fixture list earlier and if that is random I'll eat my hat. That being said they do seem to have all the tougher fixtures clumped together towards the end of the season. May be they end up a bit under done facing the easier teams all the time then struggle when facing the tougher teams all together? I realise this is optimistic but time will tell.
Away the challenge cup result against wath brow was 14:32 so hardly inspiring but as has been mentioned if travelling is an issue it seems it shouldn't cost them too much with the fixture list.

| Well Adam, the Wath Brow game was their first of the season (pre season friendlies washed out) and they reckon they did ok on a very heavy pitch. I've seen them in their first two home games and their fitness was too much for the opposition. They have some quality players but the squad is small compared to Donny and others so they need to keep fit. All the tricky games coming up so a chance to rack up a big points advantage in the 'difference' column maybe ?

| I wasn't very optimistic going into this game but i have to admit I was pleasantly proved wrong.
Was impressed by Tonks Feka and kesik. Although there weren't many dissapointing performers just a couple that made silly errors at times and forced the ball when it wasn't necessary.
Carr had one of his best games to date just hope the injury isn't too bad.
We just need to cut out the silly penalties now at times.
