Couldn't the Dons have helped out Hull in there injury crisis but letting them have Harris on a dual reg player arrangement or gone there on a short term loan with a clause that the the Dons could recall Harris at anytime if they required him.

Superleague he ain't ... he is far more useful to us than to Hull.

Its also worth pointing out that as yet neither club has confirmed it, which is unusual. Once a story has been "leaked" they usually move pretty quick to make an announcement. There is generally no smoke without fire, and whilst the HDM isnt the most reliable publication in the world, they dont usually get things like this wrong. However I wonder if its not as straightforward as they are reporting.

I'm sure there will be lots of issues to sort out for both clubs if this deal does go through. I would assume the Dons will be seeking some levels of compensation and Hull will probably want him to come back to us on loan for experience after the present injury crisis has cleared up.

We might be two clubs who work closely together but sorting issues like this probably aren't straight forward. I'm sure Carl will be trying to get the best deal he can for the Dons.

Lee Radford has said in an interview aired today that no deal has taken place (yet) between the clubs re Liam Harris, indicating that the press have 'jumped the gun'.

Well I can’t say I’m pleased were losing our marquee signing less than half way through the season. Is the aim really promotion this season ?? Apart from passing the ball around a bit more I don’t think we’re any better off than last year.

It says Carl has said this deal is in the best interest of the dons but I’m struggling to see how. We have been 2 props short all season and we can now add a star halfback to the list too.

Osborne is fully fit fit now so you will see a much improved player as he has been playing with a back injury.
Liam Harris will be back at Doncaster when Hull have Kelly available.
