Whitehaven, Workington and Batley all won away from home this weekend.

Time to enact Plan B.

Team kept trying today and kept in the game in the 1st half.
2nd half PT v FT told and leigh dominated but towel was never thrown in. leigh fitter, faster & stronger.
Congratulations to leigh hope they complete the job and are deservedly promoted after the 8's.

I kept an eye on Verlinden today as I knew he had just come from Fev.

I honestly think you have signed a complete dud with that one. He got done for obstuction once and should have been done for it 2 more times. He was getting the ball and going sideways instead of charging into the line. Doesn't run his weight at all IMO.

Thought Kesik did well today and Carbutt too. Carbutt had his finger popped back in right in front of us, he looked pale as a sheet but got it taped up and went straight back into the action. Fair play to the lad, very brave!

Also the Dons fans were brilliant too. Great effort from the fancy dress lot. Good banter and great sense of humour in defeat.

Top effort, best of luck for the rest of the season and hope you bounce straight back up next season.

Was impressed with Tagaloa who you signed from Sheffield Eagles.......

Only on loan unfortunately ... can't imagine that he won't be back with the Eagles next season.

Personally i'd be surprised if he is back with us. Only played for us once all season.

I wonder if he'd interested in C1 though?

Just wanted to say to the Dons fans who where there yesterday. Thanks. Great to see and you are a credit to your club.

Contract expires with Sheffield at the end of the season I believe.
