I've only ever bet on the Dons once (never backed against them) when they had to give up 50 points against Sheffield over 10 years ago. It looked like easy money. The Dons got 56 points up and then went to sleep. We clawed back to win by just enough and I won the bet. It took the edge off the win as I was getting stressed about the bet, so I've never subjected myself to it since!

I am happy with that win ...
Hunslet and Oldham lost .. so a good day result-wise.
However, what sort of side will we field against Batley?
Lost two more playmakers.
Some will say it doesn't matter in the cup, and yes we are not gonna win it.
I am thinking beyond that in the league.
We are set fair if we can get some halfbacks back or cadge them from Hull (not cup of course).
A dull day became a more interesting one in the second half.
Got a new name for Tali ... Tali two yards.
Is he bothered anymore?
Well done to Brown on his MOTM and Buchanan.

It was a good result in the end after struggling in the first half.
What a nightmare for Coventry. They must have given away about 20 penalties in the match with three sin bins included. They look quite useful in attack but lack size in the pack, which we exploited to good effect.
All our forwards did well. Agree with S/O, Brandan Douglas is some player. Good contributions from the Hull lads too.
Hope our injuries are not too severe. Poor Keiran Cross and Jordan Howden don't seem to get too much luck in that department.

Coventry's discipline killed them. 2 of the yellow cards appeared to be for backchat (totally avoidable).
Our injury problems are mounting. Hopefully, the injury keeping Matty Beharrell out is nothing serious and that those picked up today by Jordan Howden and Keiran Cross aren't as bad as they looked.

Why does Elliot Townsend walk with a limp?
It may well not affect his running and good luck to the lad ... but it looks like he's injured when he's not.
Is it a hip thing?
