High kick to scottys corner from us you mean?
We haven't exactly got any tall players on the wings.

But we have other players that could move into position if they know a kick to
the corner is coming.

Don't give the opposition ideas.

What am I talking about?
Taking almost certain 2 points vs the possibility of 4 or 6 points more.
Now we turned down kicking opportunities yesterday, it was windy so understandable, except that these were gimmies.
The score was 24-8, no problembo, penalty in front of sticks awarded, let's run it we are 16 points ahead.
So we ran it and got nowt.
Taking the 2 would have left Keighley having to score 3 converted tries and then some to win.
We could relaxed. But no, a very speculative punt to the right corner gifted White a nice little trot in.
Luckily Tiger didn't convert, but Keighley are within 12 points and look what happened to Huddersfield yesterday.
Quite frankly Keighley deserved nothing from that game and we scored again, but if Keighley had scored it would have been seriously squeaky bum time.
So my advice Paul is kick the 2 next time.
I know I will be in the minority here but ..... Paul went for a drop goal to try to make it 13 points ahead, which he missed.
Look at the scoreboard next time.

I felt we were much the better side yesterday but kept them in the game with a few mistakes. We certainly switched off a couples times from re-starts to hand the advantage to the opposition and got punished for not really contesting the cross-field kick which was snapped up by Paul White.

Some very good performances though, Mike Kelly (my MotM), Liam Welham and Stu Sanderson combining particularly well on a number of occasions in attack.

Cookie was shouting and balling about something on the build up to the 2nd try, and the off the ball run from Sando that set up the move for the third was quality and straight from the training ground

Was very impressed but Keighley let themselves down with the number of Penalties they conceded. How Shickell stayed on the pitch was beyond me. Very impressed with Mike Kelly a player who gets better and better and Sando is doing too. How quick is Scotty, Paul White had a 10 metre head start and Scotty had to turn around and he almost caught him and forced him to the corner leading to a missed conversion (very pleasing to see). Will be there against the Rams so see u all Sunday. Adam (COYD)

He was very unlucky not to take him out at the end.
But brilliant never say die determination from Scotty.

March banned for 4 games for questioning the refs integrity.
