Not bothered about Leeds or their fans , we seem to have learned nothing from the last 2 weeks feel a bit sorry for GT , what else can he say.

I recall from a meeting before the end of the 2015 season that Gavin Baldwin said the club had a contingency of two budgets,one for if we stayed up and one for if we got relegated.Not that if we had stayed up the budget would have been much different but we certainly appear to have got a pitiful amount of investment.Hedges and Aizue being the exceptions we once again have got third grade players from the Harrison stable,other teams cast offs some of which were already carrying injuries and a few local lads to make it look like the local talent is being scooped up.After giving us false hope by getting a couple of decent DR players in previous games we are now back to academy players at least one of which today didn't look interested.Carl can make as many excuses as he likes particularly about injured players not being available but just like last year even though we have numbers in the squad the players are just not good enough.Although Thornton's hands were tied it was still him who has brought the players to the club. Whilst mentioning Thornton what about his emphasis on fitness and coming good in the last quarter of a game,something else said at a meeting,well that has certainly been rubbish.The team seemed totally inept near London's try line and at the play the ball they were up twice as fast as us.Yes they may have been offside at times but we could have done the same.Again this is down to the coach.As for Club Doncaster well it's a joke with the Rovers going down and the Dons sinking further into the depths.The crowd today was pitiful and will continue to go down and down with performances like todays but with some investment in quality players this would easily be reversed and the same could be said for the Rovers.Sadly this won't happen and for those of us who have invested our money in a season ticket, just like last season we have been lead up the garden path with lies and false promises of a strengthened competitive team.

Well after I stopped attending just after the start of last season as it was made clear my money wasn't as good as away fans money after 30 years of support and after stating the obvious that 90% of us knew that recruitment last season was a joke I am actually pleased to say that even after seeing a couple of old friends from the stands in the last few weeks who asked me if I would return I have no desire these days to do so and won't until people at the top leave or are replaced because it is obvious in spite of all the talk from them that nothing has been learnt from last season. I do wonder if they actually want the club to succeed at times
I spent the afternoon walking around Hatfield moor and by the sounds of it there were more people there than the keepmoat

I didn't buy a season ticket after the dross of last season, when I did unfortunately buy one.
So I am a free agent unlike those that got conned into buying one this time.
We have been sold a pup again and the side is little better than Toll Bar.
So two choices ... carry on watching but accepting that we ain't going nowhere or do something else on Sunday afternoon.
That's it .... no need for further anxiety.
I have soldiered on for a long time, but am of the opinion that this is not the Dons anymore.
It's a Rovers (accountants) trinket.

I'm just clarifying the roles & responsibilities of a chief executive

The results tonight for Fleetwood and Oldham have put further nails in the Rovers coffin.

Looks like I'll now miss out on a trip to the Away end of the Keepmoat next season after all.

Stand-off out injured and now our scrum half.
Delaney's aside, I can see us going from strength to strength in the upcoming games.

We need some good news ...

A lot has been said and aired about what has gone wrong. To draw yet another line under this situation, the probable time to judge the club and the recruitment will be when the Coach can put out his first seventeen on a regular basis. Grasping at straws maybe but we do appeared to have been hammered on the injury front.

Very difficult for any club forced to chop and change each game and no regular spine to the team. We may have some time to wait, I just hope its worth it when the time comes. (Optimism over)
