There was no lack of effort from the guys. They did their best in difficult circumstances.

Good to see the applause and cheering from the Dons' fans after the final whistle, and the players acknowledging the fans.

The job of maintaining/improving on this season now begins. Maybe we'll get some news of more new signings in the next week or so?

Great effort to finish 4th, well done to cookey and his team, shame we ran out of steam in the last 3 games, injuries certainly haven't helped.

I don't often criticise players nowadays, seriously I don't, but I don't really care what incensed Cunningham and obviously something did, but to kick out and then punch meant HE LET HIS TEAM DOWN and consigned them to an afternoon of turmoil.
The game was thrown away at that point.

Possibly so, but Cookie said post match that hes known Cunningham for years, and never known him do anything in this sort of way, so whatever Knowles did in the tackle (which I've been told was a palm thrust to the nose, and the video shows some sort of punch being thrown), must have definitely annoyed Cunningham.

The red card was the correct decision. I think though that little episode may have started about 2 or 3 minutes earlier in the middle of the pitch about 20 metres out from our line. Knowles was involved but im not sure who from the Dons was. When you go in like Cunningham did though you leave the ref with no choice.

We are doing in the championship was Cas are doing In SL , running out of gas at the end of the season. If anyone was to go back through the posts though from the beginning of the season you will see that I said id be happy with 9th or maybe 8th to sneak into the playoffs. For us to finish 4th was a great achievement. It was much more important to finish higher in the league than have a run in the playoffs.It sets us up for next year when competition will be even tougher.

To be honest in my opinion I dont think Cunningham was sent off for punching or retaliation it was the use of the knee
