Last week the Reserves lost 38-30

The 1st Team lost 25-10 in the YC S/final it was always going to be tough and with 9 players unavailable even more so.
Down 12-6 @ h/t the 1st Fryston try in the 2nd half came from a blatant forward pass one of several big decisions missed by the Referee
However well done to the 17 players who represented the club and never gave up in horrendous conditions

The 1st Team have withdrawn from the Pennine League with immediate effect after a great deal of consideration & discussion It was decided that would be the best option in the long term for the club.
One of the main factors being the constant cancellation & continuity of fixtures.The Reserve side will continue in the Pennine League
The 1st Team will play in The Yorkshire Mens summer League Premier Division, Fixtures commencing in APRIL there is also a cup Comp in March
but at this stage no decision has been made weather to enter or not
This Saturday the Reserve Team will be playing AWAY in a friendly @ Halton Moor
They should have been playing Swillington in the Supplementary Cup but they conceded the game

That's a big decision for the club to make . Good luck for the future.

Thanks only time will tell but the consensus among the majority of players & coaches that it is the right step however there was a lot of factors in the decision
