| First time I’ve seen Oldham’s ground (via Our League).
The RFL’s standards must be slipping if this is considered suitable for League 1, never mind the Championship. It’s barely better than a park.
If that’s up to scratch, how come we have to forfeit home advantages and play at Fev a couple of times a season?
Surely somewhere in Donny can match that site, even on a temporary basis.

| Lot of confusion on the Fans facebook page on the question if we are at home next week irrespective of the Newcastle V Workington outcome. Its got me baffled. I thought it was a given that if Newcastle win we would be travelling there once again.

They are wrong...
Unless Worky win.
And they are 22-6 down.
The chart reads that way unless you add the proviso that you can't be at home to a side that finished above you.
Now if that was incorporated into the chart somewhere then it would be correct.

I've said REPEATEDLY there are at least 3 non league football grounds in the borough that are by far superior. Brodsworth, Hatfield and Armthorpe. I'm certain other folk can name more.
Absolute farce of a ground the Vestacare.

Rob, fans in the Championship will be saying exactly the same next year about Oldhams ground. We should have stepped up when it mattered and we would not be in the position were we have the prospect of playing at their place again.

| Quote onedon="onedon"What a sh*thole of a ground, no way should a final be played there that's if it ends up there.
Plastic pitch also the cause of jordies injury, no foothold on the ground like natural grass, that's why he slipped.
got into the game well in last 15 -20 mins
COYDs lets beat these.'"
If you manage to watch tonight's Toronto game on Sky see if you think Toronto's ground is suitable for Super League.

100%... you can add Rossington Maine and Frickley to the list too... a local non league club would love to have 500/600 fans at their ground buying beer/food/raffle/car parking etc. Good money maker for them as money is very tight at that level.

| Poor performance today no spark , effort yes.
Think we have seen the last of Jordie Hedges this season.
Hope we can lift our game next week & get into the final.
