Moorends were pipped 24 - 12 by Elland from the Conference league in the Barla Cup. Elland seemed to have a family of Fairbanks playing for them and uncle Karl coaching. Great game and Moorends a bit unlucky and having more of the play.

This w/e the O/A are away at Normanton. On Saturday the U13s are at Home to Keighley Cougar Cubs k/o 12-30 and on Sunday the U15s V Smawthorne (cas) k/o 10-30 both in the YJL Continuation Cup

Looking fwd to this sunday ( 30th) U16s are at Home to Methley k/0 11-30 in the Barla National Youth Cup then off t0 the Keepmoat to see Doncaster Select hope they do well
