Dons played the conditions much better than Keighley & ran easy winners in the end . Keighley not helped by their discipline . Player coach March sin binned twice once for mouthing at ref.
Mike Kelly impressed me alongside Emmett & Paul Cooke.

TBH Kelly would have been my MOTM. Was nice to see our kick offs were varied and into space as opposed to just booted into the same old corner, and on a related note PLEASE CAN WE CATCH BALLS ON THE FULL. I felt that needed caps as it has been years and we still haven't learnt this. I thought Nev's defence was much improved. Sando had a quality game too, other than that the only other negative thing I can think to mention is that high kicks to Scotty's corner are not a good idea. I was impressed with the way we didn't let the officials inability to sort out Keighley's foul play affect us and managed to deservedly take the bonus point off them in the end.

Lets put right our mistakes and turn over Dewsbury next week

Well played to the guys today, thought they dealt with on field issues well. As stated on another post i would also have given Mike Kelly the MOTM.

well played the lads under the condition and keighley coming to spoil,
which they did.
the odd few mistakes cost us tries . I thought we were worth more than the 30 points but its coming and i'm sure we will get better.

Pity the much publicised program had sold out when I arrived at 2.50 especially with the low attendance. I wasn't on my own in missing out as others were wanting one.
