From a supporters point of view, and I am a supporter despite what certain people might say, no you shouldn't. That victory was a joyous thing and perfect in its own right.
However as coach, if I was one, I would have to analyse it.
And my analysis would have a lot in common with what Steve has just written.

Chicken and egg here, but surely Newcastle will be soul searching after that game. Their defence was appalling in that second half and they self destructed. Now I'm not bothered about Newcastle, but I am bothered about the Dons.
Two big off-loading lads up front and a good stand off make us favourites to win this division in my book.

Fingers crossed Howdens ok. Definitely looked like ankle not knee so that is a positive of sorts. If it's a short term problem then we can temporarily switch either Cross or Hedges to 6. Possibly even Owen. Long term problem and we should be looking to bring someone in. Simples.

I thought Cross played really well when he came on.
He was a world beater before he got injured at Leeds
But he is best on the shoulder of the play makers ready to scoot through.

I know it doesn't mean much but it's good League Express have picked us as team of the week. Nice little mention from Martyn Sadler in his column. It's the positivity I'm enjoying. Feeds into the next couple of home games COYD

I mentioned that the Dons are League Express Team of the Week on the previous page of this thread so I've moved your comments here rather than have two threads relating to the game / team of the week.

I was talking to Jordan Howden after the game and it was his knee that was strapped up with a large ice pack on it, he blamed it on the 4g pitch. Fingers crossed that it is not too serious.
