My guess is that the new signing has been signed up for a while. The club are probably going to use the announcement to help boost interest in the first friendly.

Agreed, in the mean time I stumbled upon these which I'm not sure if they were shown when we first signed Sam Doherty and Josh Kittrick or not and unfortunately the search function on here is useless. Either way I'm fairly certain I've only seen one until recently.
