Kyle Kesik, Craig Robinson, Mike Kelly, and Richard Wilkinson signed up is excellent news.

I'll feel particularly relieved when we get confirmation that Mark Castle, Brett Waller, and Lee Waterman have signed up. There are others I'm eager to see sign up as well.

Wonder if Jason Crookes is being considered after his release from Hull FC?
(Currently on loan at Featherstone).

According to the club, over 120 season tickets were sold for 2015 on Sunday beating the numbers sold in previous seasonshttp://www.doncasterrugbyleague.co.uk/article/40455/season-ticket-successrl

It's pleasing that numbers are growing but it must be equally frustrating for the club that a town the size of Donny only has 120 people wanting to sign up.

I understand a lot of people prefer to pay on the day and spread the cost over the season, so I'm not having ago at anyone who wants to do that. It just doesn't make sense to me that we can't attract at least 1,000 home fans to every game.

I'm told he's signed with us (Fev) for next year and beyond. Overjoyed if it's true, quality player.

Every time I pick up the RL Express and read that such and such a club has signed a promising player from the other side of world it makes me annoyed that we haven't.
On the other hand we are giving employment to domestic players.
Yet the shoitehawks are awash within such incomers, like a Chelsea of RL.
Something is not right.

I am very disappointed to read that we have re-signed a forward who never breaks a tackle, makes very little ground and defensively is very poor.

Guess it's not Waterman you're referring to so Spiers or Carbutt I guess?

Both of whom I've seen break tackles consistently and make tackles consistently.

It's Emmett ..... I'd guess.
Captain Fantastic!

Back to signings, if we are serious about getting somewhere we need three more special players, we can't just resign the entire squad.

So far we've signed a new full back.

There's a few of this years squad I wouldn't keep; but I won't name name. Yet.

I'd like to see us sign, as priorities. A centre, a half back and a prop. Possibly a loose forward.

Perhaps new signings are still involved with current clubs so will not be announced until completed season. Maybe Cowling for example

Are we going to have a DR with Hull next season? If not, we really need to boost the size of the squad to cover for possible injuries.

We didn't get much help from Hull in the prop department this season. Hopefully, Brett Waller will be back to add to the numbers but another top quality front-rower would be nice as well.

Agree with Jemmo, signing a centre, half-back, and a loose forward seems essential.

If we don't improve the quality of our squad, we'll have very little chance of making the top four considering the way the other top clubs have been improving theirs.

Bradford look sure to go well. London have loads of cash with their parachute payment and seem to have signed some fair players. Leigh are likely to be even better than this season.

Tackling the likes of Featherstone, Halifax and Sheffield isn't going to be easy either.

Announcements of new signings may have gone quiet because players are still playing for their current clubs but unless we're signing players from Leigh, Featherstone, Halifax, Sheffield, or Dewsbury, the players' seasons will now have ended ... but, of course, the players could be playing in the Super League play-offs! eusa_think.gif

Let's hope for some good news from the club soon.
