Darren Holt interviewed on Radio Cumbria says there was very little between the sides, he's not too sure how they lost. But Doncaster we more composed and made the right decisions at the right times when it mattered

"The game was still scrappy in the mud as the rain continued to pour, but Doncaster put themselves in command with 11 minutes to go as Bobbie Goulding Jnr went in after what appeared to be a double movement.

Another contentious score followed as a forward pass sent Lee Waterman away and Adam Clay looked to have him tackled, only for referee Gareth Hewer to ignore both and allow him to get up to score."

Luck with us according to Barrow journo.

According to some, Barrow seem to be one of those clubs we can only ever beat due to good luck, referee bias or some other "non rugby league related issue".

Either that or they have absolutely no grace (as I say, "some" not all).

Holt didn't think there was anything wrong with them, neither did the guys on the radio

DP, Jemmo's not having a go at you. He's on about the Cumbrian journos. They can't do their maths either. We would have still won 6-4 without those tries. Churlish icon_rolleyes.gif

I'd love to see how Gouldings was a double movement from his view, as there were 3 Barrow players (and Goulding) next to the ball...

War does not determine who is right - only who is left. Thank God I'm an atheist.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_22214.jpg

Now let me see .......
...how would I like a great big slice of humble pie?
No, just hand me the entire pie!
Well done the Dons and the elusive James Claire.
I was wrong, I admit it with great pleasure.

I am really chuffed for the travelling supporters, they are a great bunch, particularly the naughty ones at the back on the coach.
I went last season and really enjoyed the social side.
The rugby wasn't very good though, that's why I didn't bother this time.
Silly me!
COYD
The lads must have defended like demons ... Well done!
