According to a player who has recently departed the club, the players have not been paid for the last month hence the Luke Gale departure.

Only time will tell if this is correct but could the Chuckle brothers be looking for an exit with all their whining about the IMG proposals and the huge new stand that will never be built , seems like too much of a coincidence in my opinion.

I think they'll use the IMG decision and unrealistic planning permission rejection as their get out excuse, it's been going on a while but now they can play the "blame everyone else" card

Keighley owners have given a statement with regards to their match payment structure change for this season and claimed to have agreed to stop the players £100 a win from match payments to be paid in cash by the directors at the end of the year to aid cashflow.

How is that even legal ?
I'm sure HMRC will be monitoring the situation.

I think as you say, their owners will use their opposition to IMG as a way of exiting the club.

They had by far and away the largest playing budget in League 1 last year and I think they thought that was the way to go to succeed in the Championship and it looks to have bitten them on the ass if the rumours are true
