Sorry to hear that. Always seemed a decent bloke.

I would be asking for my money back from his supplier, as In every game I have seen him I cant remember him ever breaking a tackle.
With a North Wales player also banned for three years ,do the rewards out way the consequences ?
I cant think that players in league 1 will be on large contracts ,so why tarnish your name and be all over the national press..............Stupidity.

Was always a risk letting Jack Miller go (for Keighley).

The Keighley chairman seems to have lost some enthusiasm for a near-term push for Super League, presumably because of the the new IMG criteria. I suspect this played a part in letting Luke Gale go.
If Jack Miller wasn't being missed before, he will be now.

| Picking Gale over Miller was ludicrous then, and it's been made even more ludicrous now

| Looks like the Keighley bubble could be about to burst.
According to a player who has recently departed the club, the players have not been paid for the last month hence the Luke Gale departure.
Only time will tell if this is correct but could the Chuckle brothers be looking for an exit with all their whining about the IMG proposals and the huge new stand that will never be built , seems like too much of a coincidence in my opinion.

| I think they'll use the IMG decision and unrealistic planning permission rejection as their get out excuse, it's been going on a while but now they can play the "blame everyone else" card

Agreed Jemmo.
Spoke to a former Dons player last night and he said the players refused to train until they had been paid.
Does not look good for the Rainbow Warriors.,

| Keighley owners have given a statement with regards to their match payment structure change for this season and claimed to have agreed to stop the players £100 a win from match payments to be paid in cash by the directors at the end of the year to aid cashflow.
How is that even legal ?
I'm sure HMRC will be monitoring the situation.
I have just spoken to a Keighley supporter and he has been told that Lewis Young and Ben Crookes are looking for new clubs with more players to follow then out of the door.
