| Good score, can I take it that the Raiders have improved (it would be good if they have)

| We were absolutely shocking 1st 20 mins, should have been at least 40pts up by half time.
1st 5/6 times we touched the ball we gave back to them with knock ons and wayward passes on run in to try line!
one even hit matty on the head when he would have strolled in.
then last 15 after peltier went off. no idea.
so much for the -54 being a good idea should have been well past that.

| The 1st Quarter of the game was dire. .
I think Peltier was taken off because he had done his minutes , thank god for him.
I donot know if Chase went into the match injured or got injured in an breakdown the pitch.
Several of our players are just not good enough .
Oh well done Sam Doherty .
Yes we won BUT there are still unanswered questions.

| A rather strange game in my opinion. 50 points on the board but I still think there’s more potential in the team.
As per previous comments, the start was dire. Any half decent opponents would have had a field day in the first quarter.
Seemed rather surreal being 28 points up at halftime after being so poor.
Had a purple patch in the second half for 10/15 minutes after the 55 minute point but seemed to drift away again.
Set completion stats & penalties for & against could make interesting reading.
Ok, time to be controversial: did we look better with or without Rangi on the pitch?
Really hope he can reproduce the magic, especially in the absence of Watson Boas.

| Rangi's form or lack of it is a concern. Missed the last match due to illness , assume he has missed training . During an early break which he was supporting , he seemed to pull up . Struggled the rest of the half and was replaced . With hindsight may be the coach should have played Howe.
One positive is that Ryan Dixon seemed to come through his comeback , I think he could do a good job at prop.
Concerned about our current form .

| No disrespect to W Wales but a half-decent side would have severely punished us for the first half mistakes.
If we make that many errors, and give away so many penalties, against any of the top half sides, we won't beat them.
Well done to Sam Doherty and Ross Peltier for excellent performances. Ryan Dixon looked strong and should also be better for the outing.
Late on in the game, W Wales confidence was building, especially after they scored, and credit to them for keeping going.
A tricky outing at Keighley is coming up next ....

| After that performance my only positive is " thank God it was West Wales" , as any other side would have put us too the sword.
Yes we won , but other than a fifteen minute purple patch we looked awfully ill equipt to worry the mediocre sides in league1 let alone the promotion challengers.
Is Chase injured or just uninterested , his performance yesterday looked like a bit of both.
We lacked direction with the fifty point scoreline really flattering us.
We have a week off now to regroup and focus on what is always a tough game away at Keighley.
With a number of our ex players and staff there im sure they will raise their game to the challenge ,...………….. I only hope we can do the same.

| Wasn't there, but it went pretty much as I imagined.
One poster on the Cleggbook said it was brilliant with stubborn defence.
We looked very right sided again going on the video.
The left edge attack and defence is a bit wanting.
I thought that Rangi looked great against Sheffield. He was sharp, fit and his kicking was good.
Looking at the video, we seemed to pass the ball along the line well to the right.
Dunno about defence ...
Perhaps players like Smeaton, Rickett and Carter will come good when they know their fit in the side, but how hard can it be? They are experienced RL players aren't they?
Keighley, went last year to the usual disappointment, so wouldn't surprise me if we get bogged down again.
Not going ...not going there ever again after that Bank Holiday traffic nightmare of last year.

Saw that on Cleggbook must be deluded if they thought that was brilliant.
Its not always winning that matters, the performances do, and thats something we haven't had yet
a decent performance and that is very worrying.
one of there tries was caused by someone rushing out the line for a big hit and missing leaving us wide open, no names!
YES we won yesterday but at times was completely shocking and good teams don't act in that fashion.
