| Perhaps the Club (and the people of Doncaster) reap what they sow.

| Gary have joined us in Clan Roebuck, we've been a few times this year and both my dad and myself can no longer get motived to go to games, to watch a struggling team which constantly ask us to put our hands in our pockets to prop them up.
We appear now to be signing players who arnt upto NL2 standard just in an effort to field a side.
Its a sad day, but its unlikely that we will visit the keepmoat again in the near future.

| I must admit that today was a very poor performance, the team had no ideas, no clue apart from the last 15 mins, Credit to Mark Castle
One man rugby that takes the ball up and puts in a kick at the end, the markers were non existent, some one on one tackles were like we were tackling ghosts, and it would be interesting to see our completion rate
No inside runners, no dummy runners just one man stuff.
My Missus said before the start of the season that Tony Miller is not the man, and after today showing(and not only today) i think she could be right.
We could have beat Leigh last week, but spilled too many balls, and i thought that this week we may have pulled together and got a win, but it wasn't to be.
Going off the rugby, where have the cheer leaders gone and also for the kids Vila and Parky.
I will be there next game, but am beginning to see a long and hard season.
I doubt that TM will have many positives from today, if he does then i want to know what game he was watching and i will go and pay to watch that one.

| rob, the queens fiasco had nothing to do with losing support and the club got the crowd they deserved today. That was an isolated incident.
With half hearted performances, stale coaching and one failure after another, the answer to the falling crowds is simple, people have had enough and just do not care anymore. It has even been evident in supporters evenings, the usual faces have dwindled fast which is concerning. Money is tight, so why would people waste what they do have on performances like today?
The new consortium, must give us hope in moving forward, but unless there is a change in coaching and players available (i appreciate we are hindered by budget and injuries) and quick, the current situation is only going to get worse with crowds dwindling even further. I agree this is going to be a very long and testing season.

| Well I echo most of these sentiments.
I walked out today on 53 minutes....but there was a big difference to most other times when I have walked out....I wasn't angry, I wasn't chuntering, I wasn't saying to the first person I saw 'what a load of rubbish'.
I was as calm as anything I just said bye to Gary (WANDERER) and his lad as I walked out.
I wasn't bothered....I had seen enough....you can't flog a dead horse.
They had to open the gate for me...but to my surprise others weren't far behind me.
That nice bloke who lost his legs and his friends were leaving.....and he is a regular.
I just thought has it come to this?
No spunk, no obvious passion......I mean that's the only way a poor side will beat a better side.....and I knew Gateshead would be better.
It was just so predictable.....and sad really.
I will keep going because I am a season ticket holder.....but I won't go out of my way for away games.
I may well walk out in the first half if they continue like this.......I hope not....but I am not sitting through that.
Away supporters are coming and out-singing us and taking the p?ss.
That's where we are at.

| Lets look at the last 3 matches;
Two late tries at Barrow add a touch of respectability to what was almost a hammering. We also scored first but in between conceded 34 points and Barrow also missed four kicks at goal.
We again score the last two tries against a poor Leigh side (probably the worst one I have ever witnessed) to grab a bonus point in a game we had thrown away either side of half time.
Again yesterday, we score the last two tries to avoid a hammering. Again as at Barrow we had scored first. At 32-6 we had been embarrassed at home by a side who as it stands today are likely to be in the bottom 3 or 4 of the Championship. Consolation if there is one, we only got knocked out of the Cup, it wasn't another league defeat.

| Quote: Karlos "We let Branighan run the show in the first half and we paid the price. He was superb IMO.We had a couple of warnings early on and didnt take any notice and he went on to put the game beyond doubt.
Must play better on Thursday or we will be embarrassed in front of our nearest rivals. We did look better in the last 15 minutes but by then Thunder were out of sight and probably took their foot off the gas.'"
We only started playing in the last 20 minutes against Dewsbury. Why don't we play two ten minute halves, see who comes out on top and then all go down the pub. We could all be in the bar by 6.40

To be honest there was only three or four players that stood out yesterday in my opinion and Wayne wasn`t one, all the others it was a bad day at the office.

| Tony Millers report, with my little additions.
THE Dons are left to concentrate on retaining their Championship status after crashing out of the Carnegie Challenge Cup.
Tony Miller's depleted side lost 32-18 at home to Gateshead Thunder in yesterday's fourth round tie.
Head coach Miller said ]Mark Castle ]and Matt Carbutt were both outstanding. Defensively Ryan Steen was very good and Ross Divorty took the ball in well all afternoon and produced a solid display."Was that in between the dropped balls and missed tackles, Miller also singled out full-back Andreas Bauer and scrum-half Paul Handforth.
He saidJosh Weedon switched to half-back it gave us a bit more shape.
"Towards the end of the game winger Gaz Carey got a bit more room and showed that he could be a threat."
, TM thinks 8 players in yesterdays game played well
In my opinion Weedon, Handforth, Carbutt and Castle played well for us,
but what is our opinion worth?

| Can we start watching the game from the opposite stand. You obviously get a much better game from there.

| We are the worst side in the division......we can ignore Toulouse.
Gateshead according to their coach also had a depleted side.
Something changes or we are going down.......that's after only two league games.
