We should find out how much we've improved since we played them in the cup and know a bit more about where we're at with our standing in this league.

What team does RH select with that playing surface at Widnes? They appear to have a lighter unit that is obviously suited to that quick surface of theirs. I just hope we can give them a game, not let our heads drop when we go behind.

Not a game for me DM to judge us given the odds are firmly stacked in Widnes favour. The game on the 19th IMO lets us know a bit more.

It'll be a head-scratcher for the bookies. I reckon they might give us 12 to 16 points start based on what Widnes did to us in the cup.

If our forwards play as well as they did against Dewsbury, we're not out of it. If we let them get quick play-the-balls, then we could be under a lot of pressure. It's a fascinating game.

Assume Johnstone will back , could play Hall or Tali in the centres & bring Holdstock back into the pack.

From reading the Dons X feed this has to be counted as a win that went begging, which at Widnes is no small feat. Unlucky lads (until someone tells me otherwise) Massive step up from the Cup game and full credit. I guess there is a shed load of frustration within the camp and that's testament to how close we where in pulling of a shock.
