The OP is not a Crusaders supporter. If she was, the post would have much more credence.

The best side won today but what the OP doesn't understand is the promises made to the supporters by Club Doncaster (Gavin Baldwin / Carl Hall).

So any explantion of what the 'these teams' moniker is meant to infer ???

Have said it on other posts and other platforms, Crusaders fully deserved their win.

As for the expectations, us Donny fans have been fed plenty from the management to lead us to expect more from our team this season. Reality has so far been rather underwhelming, hence the negativity being expressed.

Even the bookies had us at -20 today and they don’t usually get things that wrong!

Well done to your team today and thanks for bringing some fans with you. You fully deserved your win. I would imagine it won't be your last as you have some half-decent players.

The scrum half (Ben Stead?) was very good and his touch kicking was outstanding. Number five (Rob Massam?) looks like a very good quality winger. You had plenty of size, pace and enthusiasm across the field.

When your side plays like numpties then you can have no complaints about the result.
I for one am not paying good money to watch us beat the bottom of the league in the Mickey mouse cup when they can't win in the league when it matters.

North Wales were far the better team in every department , more aggression ,stronger carries and more enthusiasm ,you only had to look at the reaction at the final whistle of both teams to see who wanted it more.

We are, as I and many others have said previously a mid-table side coached by someone with no understanding of rugby in the lower divisions.,
You can dress it up however you like but Under Carl Hall and Richard Horne the club is going backwards.

I know Carl's little band of brown-nosers will be on here defending his every action and statement to the hilt ,but the table ,the teams performances and the crowds show an altogether different story.

Club Doncaster to have any credibility with the Doncaster public need to act and act quickly , Mr Hall has waffled his way along covering his rather large posterior for the last six years and its time the buck stopped with him.

Season after season we are told that we need to get ourselves out of this division and the playing budget has been increased to its largest ever to facilitate this , however we are still treading water in a division one step up from amateur.

I dread to think what the crowd will be next week against West Wales.

Please Carl if you really do care about Doncaster RLFC do the decent thing and resign, your credibility and that of Club Doncaster among the rugby supporting public of the town is at an all time low.

Defeat at London on the 18th May will reinforce your view even further. Wins against West Wales will just paper over the cracks.

I fear its more than a few cracks , the players just don't seem up for the challenge , could it be there is something underlying that we don't know about.

Promotion talk now is all pie in the sky, a win next week means nothing ,we will surely be on to a hiding in France , the following game away at London now looks a much more formidable ask given our resent inefficiency.
