It suggests to me they think that there is very little between the two teams and are effectively forecasting that home advantage may just edge it in Keighley's favour.
Historically it was suggested that the odds compilers for RL generally viewed home advantage as being worth 4 or 6 points.
I've backed us with the small safety net of the 4 point start.

They're quite astute these bookies but I wouldn't want to take a penny from you in bets knowing your understanding of the game, never mind you having the chance to take a tenner off me! 
Seriously, the bookmakers aren't really bookmakers. They're glorified accountants. They are completely intolerant of winners. The Gambling Commission has been undertaking a review of all forms of gambling and a White Paper is due to be presented to parliament later this year. Unfortunately, the issue of account limitations isn't likely to be on the agenda. There is talk that a maximum monthly loss limit of £100 per may be placed on bettors. A person may not be allowed to bet at all unless they can show they have the means to lose the money!
No one wants to see anyone harmed by gambling but as we live in a free society, we should all be able to choose how we spend the money we have.
In the same way, we don't want anyone to be harmed by drinking but it wouldn't be right for someone to say, "Sorry mate, you've reached your three pint limit for the week; no more until next Monday for you."
The last time I had a bet with a tradional bookmaker was when the Dons were giving the Eagles a 50 point start at Belle Vue. We covered the handicap easily. That tells you how long ago it must have been! I only bet on the Betfair Exchange these days but they don't have any markets in our league.
